Booking for Current Clients

I currently am using a secure program called Jane App that is specifically designed for health practitioners and handling sensitive health information securely. It meets all requirements to ensure that you and your information are protected. It also will make scheduling, completing forms, paying, and attending sessions easier. It will automatically send you email reminders of our sessions.

To sign into your account, update your information including payment information, and schedule an appointment, click the "book an appointment" button below. You can also email me for an appointment if you're having trouble with Jane App.


*When sending an email please check your junk mail if you haven't heard from me as I generally am able to respond within 24 - 72 business hours. Hotmail and Shaw are especially notorious for sending emails to junk.

If you have any questions about how you can use Jane or to increase your confidence in doing so, there is a cheatsheet attached below with instructions and screenshots for the most common functions you will use it for.

You will access our virtual sessions through the Jane App platform. To do so:

  1. Click the "Book an Appointment" button above or from your email reminder to access my Jane website and your account.

  2. Sign in to your account.

  3. Beside the appointment date, you will see a "join video call" button when it's time for our session to begin.
