Not able to afford therapy in a private practice, but want to get your therapy journey started? Check out the following list of resources which may be available. Please note that I do not have the resources to provide an up-to-date and comprehensive list so there may be errors if programming changes are made. However, this may give you an idea of where you can start.

*Note: Some (usually larger) private practices do take on pro bono and/or sliding scale clients or have students who can offer lower rates. There are also many programs in Edmonton that offer counselling services.
